| Last week I had a bit of a problem with my Vision. I am here to say that both Higgin's in MA and Victory stepped up to the plate and hit home runs. I say a BIG thank you to both.
It's not important what happened but how well it was handled.
I read online where some have complained about the service they get. After 10 years of owning Victorys I have to believe they are the kind that start hollering because something broke. I have to believe they have built nothing of quality in their lives so they don't understand. I built submarines for the U.S. Navy for 20 years. They pay $2 billions each for them. Sure something may go wrong. Maybe a worker that did not do their job the way they should or maybe a vendor that did not build something to spec? The important thing is when the boat came in we fixed her up right and got her back out on patrol.
Sure it's a bummer having to wait for the bike to come out of the shop. Sure it sucks to have to wait for a part to be delivered. The important thing is to treat them fair so they treat you fair. Ken, the service manager, said, "Your bike is ready, we have some paperwork to iron out but I want you back on your bike. Come get it she's all set and we will straightened the rest out later." I could not ask for better service than I get from Higgin's.
Thank you Higgin's and Victory. We will spend many more years together. |
