Hi everyone my name is Don, and I purchased an 08 Premium Tour from a local dealer here in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. Although the bike was a US factory demo. Hope you guys south of the boarder were easy on it when you were test piloting it. LOL I have put about 1,000 miles or 1600 kms on it so far in the last month and now I know what everyone is talking about. It doesn't get any better than this!!!

My wife and I and another couple are planning a trip to Vegas next September and would like to rent some bikes while we are there. Are there any bike rental companies that you would recommend? Can I rent a Vision ? Our plan is to rent 4 bikes and see the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and so on. Can anyone recommend the best route to take? The best places to stay on the road. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance
Don

PS: I have to weigh in on another topic I see here, Black certainly is the fastest by far, especially when it's a blacked out Vision! The only thing the other bikes can see at night is the red " V" tail lights and the flames coming from the gatlin tips as you pull away from them!

Yes, you can rent a Vision at the Las Vegas Arlen Ness Victory dealership (say that fast 10 times!). The daily and weekly prices on the rentals were very comparable to the rentals from Las Vegas H-D. One bike rental place to stay away from though is Moturis Rentals, I rented a Goldwing from them three years ago and had to take it back because of improperly adjusted steering stem bearing, they then gave me a Goldwing that looked like it had been repeatedly dropped on it's left side, the other couple that was with us rented a H-D from them and they ended up taking it back when we took the first Goldwing back because of a bad tire.......... not very good maintenance on their part and poor customer service all the way around.
