So, I had the right side badge burn out and had the guys at the shop replace it while they were doing some other work on the bike.

I'd forgotten to check to see if the badge was working when I left the shop. When the sun went down I went out to take a gander.

I turned the key and wow! Those suckers are bright. I mean really bright. They'd lit up before but nothing like they light up now. They make the side of the bike very visible. Before the repair they were quite dim in comparison.

Not having any other bikes to compare mine to I had no idea. Evidently there had been something wrong from day one.

Anyone else experience this?

I never had that happen, but I am located in Maple Valley and if ya wanna compare your badges to another Vision, let me know and I can meet ya somewhere. Ron

I'm in Edmonds, if that's closer than Maple Valley...

I have had compliments on mine...I think you may have just had a small issue with yours. If not, I want to know what they changed so I can make mine brighter.

Okay, now that's funny on several levels.

You would be happy to know that, as of this moment, my bike is all shiny. I promise nothing for tomorrow.

I'm really not too worried, it just struck me as odd.

On another note, Terri and rwilly. . . . we are thinking of riding over Chinook pass to Naches next Saturday (09/19/2009). Stop for a bite of lunch, then back down the pass to Enumclaw. I thought it would be nice to get some of the Washington riders together. If not a group ride, how about we ride to a central location somewhere in the area and meet for coffee?

If there's any interest I'll post another topic in general discussion inviting everyone from the area.

Reply here or PM me for more details.

I got a left side badge light out. May have to wait for winter to change it. Mine have always seemed bright till now.

change both sides at the same time, otherwise you get a google eyed Vision

If I take out one of my badges, will Google pay me to ride around and tell everyone?
