Ready to install my black center console and bezel, any tricks or hints.  I have the service manual and reviewed directions but have never done it.

Nothing really hard, when you pull up the center console the wires are short but you can unplug the wires with little problem. Note where you switch wires go up front. When you put things back together, make all the radio connection are snuggly in. Pulling off the bezel is always a trick and I use a small screw driver to pull it back at the bottom. Just be carefull to keep from marring you're new console.

black bezel was $35 from Full Throttle Motorcycle and I found the stock console on this forum "buy and sell" and I just painted it with semi-gloss rustoleum.

FYI if you didnt sand it prior to painting it then poly seal it after you painted. Welcome to the world of chipping and blistering
esp with Rustoleum........... I know you dont wanna read this but experience is speaking.
