Perry Hall, MD | Took my bike to the dealer to take care of damage from an accident last week. While I was disappointed to hear that it will take 3 weeks to get it back the insurance adjuster praised the dealer's work (Hernley's in PA.), and advised that for the same damage on a HD I'd probably be looking at 10 to 12 weeks. Something to do with how long it takes to get some parts and OEM paint. That's not even taking into account how much damage the tip overs prevented.
Hope to be in the saddle in time for the fall colors through Shenandoah. |

LaPorte,Tx. | A friend had a accident with his 03 Road King the last week of March. He got it out of the HD shop the week after the 4th of July. The only things replace was the crash bar, floor board and tank. The tank & paint was the big wait. |
