Ok. I have a $500 Victory certificate to spend. Help me and the SO spend it!

We don't want their helmets or jackets. We dont want chrome.

I was thinking maybe the bag and trunk liners?

Any ideas?

dannyb, at least get the bags to get the most use of the space in the yonder parts. you will gain "door" space with the bags and nothing will roll out when you open the door.

Lower wind deflectors first, and bag liners. We've got the trunk liner too, but don't use it much. The trunk is just too handy to use as a catch-all.

I did the Victory "refer a friend" last Nov and I was suppose to get a $500 Victory / Polaris certificate. Last I week I got a $500 cheque instead . . that was a nice surprise . . now I can spend it on whatever I want!

I'm waiting on my $500 refer a friend cert as well. Been waiting since Dec 24th. I know I'm getting more chrome and maybe some black out grab rails. The lowers and side saddle bag liners are nice and i have them both Danny B. Good choice if you go that route.

Don't know which color Vision you have but IMHO you cannot beat the look of chrome around that engine!!!! It REALLY shines in the sunlight!!!!

Couple of thoughts...I bought liners for my trunk and both saddlebags and love them. But rather than the Victory ones, I bought Bestem USA bags for much less. Perfect fit and still has the Victory logo. Check out the link
http://www.bestemusa.com/index.php?cPath=204&osCsid=jdu41kb305ivrku... .

Also, I HAD the cargo net for the saddlebags but the tension across the top pulled out the velcro and screws/anchors, liked the function while they were in but not on my recommended list.

I agree with the pipe upgrade. But I would also consider the lower air deflectors and air pump if you didn't want to spend it all on one thing. Enjoy the shopping spree.

Does it have to be Victory/Polaris items? Or anything motorcycle related that the dealer can order? If I had $500 right now, I would be getting Clearwater Driving lights. Being seen by the cages is big in my mind.

The nice thing about these lights is that they can be left on all the time with the dimmer low for visibility by others, and they automatically go to full bright when you hit your highbeams or your horn.

I don't know how to link posts, but there are a few good threads on this forum about Clearwater Lights.

I, personally, did not like the Vic saddlebag liners. When they are full, they don't fit through the opening of the saddlebags any more since the opening is much smaller than the actual space. I went with a number of 10 and 5 liter stuff sacks instead.
I'd go with the rider's backrest. Really like it.
YMMV.

Is travelin' Man accepting the Victory gift card. I really liked the sound of the Level 2 exhaust, didn't seem rowdy sitting there but when you crack it quick it barks, but just cruising it sounded just like my stock exhaust.

Ok, guys. You helped me decide. I'm going for the exhaust upgrade. Now, I've got a thread I started on S1L1 and S1L2. See the thread and help me decide which one. As soon as my leg lets me ride again, I'm heading for the dealer!!

Thanks again!!!
