All,

The Victory truck is @ V-Twins 101 this weekend and they are doing demo rides.  They have a bunch of Visions and other Victories.  The demo rides are about 45 minutes each.

Unfortunately the weather man calls for rain tomorrow, so Sunday's rides maybe touch and go.

They also had some bikes with the prototype lowers on them.

I plan on going, cant decide which day. See if I can bend a corporate ear about some minor issues.

Just heard from the dealer, they need radio info off the bike for the ipod issue. So, it looks like Sat.

Tim, if your going Sat. I'll see you there.

Tim, I'll be leaving the house around 9 or 10. Service wants to get some info from my radio. Trying to resolve my ipod issue. Victory wants to consult with the radio man. Got the 4.13 download and still having problems.
Hope to see you there.

There was a really good turn out this weekend. A lot of test riders were very surprised when they rode the Vision. One lady thought it was too big until she finally rode it and then called it the Rolls Royce of motorcycles. Two sport bike riders were completely surprised at its handling and features. A RoadGlide rider was shocked at the pickup on the straight away and the handling in the twisties. Over all, it was really well received.

Hi Carl,

Did you make it to V-Twins 101?

Tim

I got there Sat. around 10:30. Service needed some info off my radio for ipod issues.
Took about an hour. Then let those girls detail it. It was kind of slow, didnt look like they were making much, so I left a big tip.
I was there long enough to see three groups take the demo rides. With the price of gas the way it is. I think many are considering a moe fun alternative.

A car caught on fire on the 101 so I decided to head north to the 126 to get back home.
Last couple of times I was out there seems like theres been a major tie up on the 101.

Thought I would take the twisty roads from the 126 to the 118 and got stuck behind someone towing a boat. Kinda took all the fun out of it.

Sorry I missed you.

I was tail-gunning the demo rides on Saturday and leading small groups on Sunday. It was quite educational hearing the responses from test riders.  There are a lot of unique people out there =).

Here is a shot of the car fire.  I don't know if it was electrical or a crash.

Sorry bro, but I have the "Golf" thing on Saturdays now. It's a scam in a half. My 14 yr old has shown she wants to continue playing golf. She's fairly good for her age, and my wife agrees I need to get her on the course more because she wants to play for the highschool next year. So, since I love golf, it's a win-win for me. BEER and GOLF....I ride the Vision on Sundays now.

Be nice to your kids, they will be the ones to decide what kind of home you end up in.

Yeah, thats it. It was in the north bound lanes but the south bound lanes were backed up because of the rubberneckers.
