Anyone know where to find the production date on a 2008 Vision?

As Arkainzeye stated. It is on the label at the top right corner. Just pop the gas door and glove box and gently pull up on the plastic panel.

Thanks, I took panel off and it has two, what I assume are date stamps. One is a circle with an eight in it and the the other is a circle with an 07. I assume this means 8-07.

My original paperwork stated "Sparks" was born on December 22, 2008.

Thanks to everyone at Victory and especially the midwifes at Spirit Lake.

Radioteacher, does the date on your original paper work agree with your V panel dates?

I just looked at mine, it has the same numbers as yours. I bought mine used so I don't have the original paper work. I also noticed that the 8 has 4 bumps around it and my 7 has 11 bumps. I wonder if these mean anything?

the bike's date of mfg is on a label on the aluminum frame-you're looking at the date the plastic was injected into the panels mold.

Chris, when you take off that plastic panel in front of the seat, there is frame visible underneath. Mine has a decal on the frame with the VIN number, vehicle weight rating, tire info and production date is at the top right corner. I have an 09 but the service manual shows it in the same spot for yours.

Steve, thanks for the info. The tag is there albeit a little hidden. It would seem I have a late 08.
