Replaced front and rear brakes this summer when I replaced tires. Fronts were done at 25,000 miles and had about 5% left. Rears were done at 28,000 and had about 50% left. Just checking in to see how this compares to others. As far as tire wear, running Elite 3's, my front was badly crowned at 12,000 and rear was bald at 11,000.

Just ride dude, you're doing fine. Keep you're air pressure in the tires at 41psi cold. You'll get at least 22,000 front and around 15,000 rear if you do. To me, E3s look bald new, so it would be nice to see a picture of what you are seeing. E3s have a harder compound in the middle, so I'm assuming that is your crown.

I didn't take a picture of the rear but trust me it was bald. I could do a better job with air pressure but pretty much try to keep it up. I'm sure riding style is one factor. I do ride the bike pretty hard.
