New to the forum. Any options/ideas on replacing the stock horn. I had a Rivco Air horn on my Kingpin, and I really miss the attention it grabs whn I need to use it.

I have not checked, but I'm sure you can add an aftermarket horn.I assume you are asking about
the horn on the vision.I think the visions horn is very loud and car like, how anybody else, agree?

I agree that the Vision horn is fairly decent. However nothing really beats a Stebel Air Horn. I've been peeking around my bike looking for a good place to mount one. I had a Stebel unit on a Concours...it would clear a semi out of the way !

Autozone sells a number of high db horns for around $12-$25...... I never use horns but there are several HD electric self contained air horns for HD's that will work on the Vision but pricy.

Now this would be cool, chrome airhorns mounted on the outside of the left fairing, along with truck running lights across the dash! Add the trailer that looks like a mini fruehuaf and you'll have one cool rig. I'd change me handle to Virginia Road Runner.

Here is a picture of the Stebel unit I'm talking about. They run about $45 or so.

Dont forget the amber running lights across the lower wind shield fairing.

I've had Stebel, and I'll be putting one on the Vision. The thing is LOUD.

Actually, on the Suzuki board that I was on previously, we actually had an informal club for Stebel users - the CYFHMN. (Can You F&^%%$% Hear Me Now?) I've found it to be the only effective means of stopping a cage in it's tracks.

Oh, and a Stebel will make a herd of horses or cows in a field thunder away, or make Nuns in a cross walk clear at least 18" straight up.

Now that I would know these things from personal experience of course.

Stebel horns are the BOMB! $45 for the black one (which is all you need on a Vision (bcuz it's hidden under the fairing) or $50 for the chromed one.
