Today I finally had it with the Left mirror vibrations.

I removed the mirror (5mm Hex and 10mm socket on a ratchet....after removing the front blade) and noticed that it got floppy as it loosened up.

I reinstalled the mirror carefully inserting the tab on the back of the mirrors bracket into the slot on the fairing behind the mirror. When I put the 5mm hex bolt in I noticed that the mirror was not as floppy. I am thinking that before it was not "insert tab into slot" as it should be.

After snugging it back up and reinstalling the chrome blade, I went for a short ride. Wow what a difference!

FYI, the 10mm bolt is a real pain to install and remove. Take your time with the bolt and try not to drop it.

Ride Safe!
