OH - and the BC-to-Alberta part is WAY better on a bike .... just sayin'

Brighton, TN | Well no great buzz of anticipation for a new model. But, yes, I do enjoy the VAconspiracytheoristRyder yearly reminder of no new Vision which puts any left out there to go down in history as a Wow model, but just couldn't make it far enough to be Historically Legendary, however, I think mine is very Historic and legendary. I hope I can buy one more at the time they decide to discontinue it, so I'll be able to ride one for quite a few years. Then again, go till it quits and no more parts available and buy another VIcTorY. |

New Bohemia, VA | Any and all Visions are historic and legendary. It is the one bike not want many to acknowledge that it has influenced how bikes are now built. Suddenly, new Harley riders are saying how comfortable their bike off the show room. HD has put more into making their bikes more "rideable" for longer periods, so I'm gathering. To me, this is rather significant. A lot of what Victory learned was the genesis for the more traditional touring bike found in the Cross bikes. And now with Indian rolling out, they are using the same type of framing and other benefits first tried with the Vision. I know my Vision is a work horse and still is a dream rider. I still get complaments on the bike and some folks think it's a new bike, despite the wear and dirt. I had a guy "Wow" and said he had never seen one before about a week ago. I've figured it like this, there's enough Visions around that IF Victory didn't make another today, I could still ride for a very long time. It's been 7 years this November and there is just no growing tired of this bike. |

| That's why I am interested in seeing what the Indian full tourer will be some day.  Once Anny and I part ways someday, I will have worry about my next ride. |

New Bohemia, VA | If Indian will prove to be the innovative bike that folks will flock to because the name, it will move Victory in an entirely different direction. But it must be acknowledged that it was Victory, The Newest American Motorcycle that rebirthed The First American Motorcycle. The Indian Vision is a perfect name for a motorcycle. With names like, Chief, Scout, and Spirit, Vision would be the next on the list. It's also interesting that Indian had a model called ACE, an acronym, but it falls into Victory's Vegas, Jackpot, naming theme. |

Sand Rock, AL United States | I was talking to an employee at Champion in Athens. He said no new Vision but not going away. He said they are doing well , as if to say Victory doesn't feel a need to change it. I don't know how much he actually knows and how much is just his opinion. I still have a feeling it is due a revamp this model year coming up. Get a load of this, he also told me that he thinks the Boardwalk and maybe the Judge will go away and they will bring back the Kingpin. Regardless, I still have my dream bike. Durable and comfortable forever. Like Chris said, People think it is a brand new bike, they can't believe it is an 08 and I don't clean mine much either. Ours will continue to look new to us and non-riders alike until they make a new one. I'm a content rider. I wonder how content I would be if they did roll out a next generation vision. You guys ever wonder that? Part of me hopes they don't for that reason. |

Albuquerque NM | I agree with Chris and Jimtom, this bike is a dream and I'll keep riding it for many years to come. I was thinking about what they are going to do when they replace the vision, and whether it will wear an Indian badge or Victory badge I won't speculate. But I'm sure they'll keep a bike with fixed fairing, adjustable windshield, and optional lower deflectors. I would expect (if it remains victory) that it will be absorbed into the cross series of bikes, and be the cross country luxury or unlimited. Just my $0.02, and worth about as much. |
