I'll be turning over 10,000 when I leave work and wondered if anyone else out there on the forum has achieved that. I guess there are some that has never been on the forum that probably has 20k on them since they don't spend time here.

I think it would be a great resource if you all did a 10k mile review similar to Song Fan's 6k review. It would give a great perspective for potential buyers who are on the fence about getting a first-year bike. By 10k, you've already done at least one oil change and have had a chance for the suspension to break-in, and the tires & brakes to show some wear. Let's hear the full story - not just the good points. If you are interested in doing this, let me know. We can create a 10k review thread in the Review forum. That's what this site is all about.

Man, you guys ride, I thought I put the miles on mine. I ride about 50 miles one way to work. I should have already bypassed that number a long time ago. But, seeing how I had a little involuntary downtime and a little ice and snow, I didn't get all I could in. Right at 7000 shouldn't be too far behind you. I can't believe how I'm in race for mileage with fuel is over 3.50 a gallon. What am I thinking?

Great there Devilboy. I think you run about the same as me, 2k a month. Didn't you pick yours up in September? I'm working on a 10K review for the board to see it will be of interest.

sept 27th to be exact. I lost three weeks to paint and will probably lose 2 weeks at 15k for powdercoating of wheels and forks and other things.
Having a great time putting on the miles....

There is NO good time to be without my Vision.
Hurricane season peak AUG-sept is a good time as it is 95+ every day and so humid you can bearly breathe...
of my 12K miles exactly ZERO of them are commuting or going to work...
