Pittsburgh, PA | the harley one works great and can be purchased at any harley shop. ive had mine since 2005 and it still works great. |

| you can get them off ebay or and store that sell industrial belts. The tool is a copy of a Gates tool that makes all the belts. Once you get one you'll find a ruler and your hand works as good. |
