Monkeyman - 2012-10-13 3:48 PM THIS PIC IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT THREADS!!!!

you didn't see the first picture?

I saw the pic of the hole in the exhaust. Glad you finally got the new exhaust on. Good idea with the cut up oil filter.

I was just yankin' your chain since I didn't have pictures at that moment to post. Thanks, it gave me piece of mind, and it was "clean" when I went to install the filter.

Hey Vary....thanks for (all) the posts, I'm new to the Vision... 2012 that I can't brag enough about. I see a Craftsmen lift in your pics, would you recommend it?

No - I want to get a more stable and bigger lift. With that said, it is adequate to remove tires, do brakes, etc, but beyond that, I get a little shaky with it on there. I used it to level off when I did the exhaust recently but the tires were on the ground. But I've been using it now for about 4 years to do services, etc. I recommend pulling the trunk if you're going to work on it for any length of time, better balance. Okay, for the price, not a bad little jack. Did that help?

bronzebomber --- Congrats on the new bike. BTW, "Ryder" would probably be better than "Vary". I think his nick stands for "Virginia Rider" although at 25k miles a year, "Virginia Flyer" might be more appropriate. (Just feeling picky atm, mate.)

varyder, I now dub thee "vaflyer".
