Bought a 2011 CVO RG replaced the Vance Hines duals with D&D's 2 in 1 added screamin eagle tuner and dynoed out at 104 horsepower with 124 ft lbs torgue. Getting 37mpg in the city running pretty hard and 45 hwy running about 80 to 85 mpg. Was going to upgrade the cams and pistons but love the way the bike is running after a few simple changes. 2 in 1 exhaust and tuning should easily put you in the 100 hp club.

Harley big twins really like 2-1 exhaust, I know that from personal experience. My Last Harley with a 107" engine 4.125 X 4.00 made 107 HP and felt and ran pretty good. A friend has it now and likes it alot.......

Good to know a $40k bike performs as well as my $20k bike. If it was only as comfortable...

That's my thing too. I sold the RG and now have 2 Visions. Comfort means alot to me these days. And My 08 Vision with Lloydz componets has 115.5 HP and 117.3 TQ. I mis-spoke earlier though I do still have one Harley. I have a little 87 cu in Sportster that has 116 HP. I ride it very little though, it's set up like an old XRTT road racer and pretty un comfortable..............
