Central New York | Had the bike down a couple weeks ago to put on a pair of new tires. Had a set of new brake pads that I picked up a while back and decided to throw them on as well as long as I had everything apart. ?The new pads are ceramic. Brakes felt a bit mushy for the first hundred miles, but now are quite solid feeling and very effective. ?My problem is that the rear has an?annoying screechy sound under certain pressures. Not having used ceramic pads before, I was wondering if this is common with ceramic pads??? |

Brighton, TN | the Lyndall Rear rotor and pads are Ceramic and make almost No Noise. |

| Isn't there suppose to be a vibration pad on the back of the shoes to prevent the squealing. |

Grand Cane, LA | You're suppose to put the stock vibration shims on the new pads with a tad of high temperature grease or some anti-squeal paint like they use on GM pads. Put ceramic pads on mine about 3 months ago and haven't had any squealing issues. |
