My wife and I are taking a motorcycle trip this July to San Francisco. We are looking for a Hotel that has garage parking and is not to far from the local tour attractions. Looking for some suggestions from people who have been to San Francisco.

We have been there a few times. Last year we stayed at the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square. We were caging it, so valet parked our car in a garage, but not sure how they would handle bike. At the JW Marriott in New Orleans we were on the bike and they allowed us to park it in the garage, but still charged us full valet price. Which was fine with me.

As for the hotel, it is really nice, plenty of amenities, great location. Walking distance to most everything we wanted to see (China Town, Warf, Union Square, Little Italy, Alcatraz, Ferry to Sausalito, etc) although we did take a taxi to the SF Giants baseball stadium.

Wife went a few years ago and stayed at the Triton Hotel. She really enjoyed it, and does have garage valet parking as well.

did you try kayak.com and hotwire? I have had good results with those looking for hotels.
