OK,here is my deal took my vision to dealer to have tranny fixed under warranty. Dealer says he would look at it the next day get parts ordered and get going on it. Ask him to call me 3 or 4 days let me know what he had found and keep me posted said they would. A week went by so call them got a machine says they were busy leave name, number they would call me back. Got no call back so I email them no answer back waited a couple days repeated same deal over got no response . Called today only to find out that they had not work on vision at all. Their excuse was they had so many bike to get out of the shop. Now my question to you should I go pick up bike? go to another dealer? load bike up head to Iowa? Should I trust this dealer that he has told me one thing and done another? Maybe they aren't good enough tech to fix the problem and want me to go somewhere else. Now they have had bike 2 wks. why did they have me leave it if they weren't going to work on it looks like they would not want it taking up space.

go down and go straight to the shop owner or manger and talk to him. Don't waist your time with the middle man. Whats wrong with tranie. If its real bad they have to pull motor and split the cases. If they do it would be good time to put in cams and fuller it would be free labor.

Next time you post tell us what year and where you live would be nice.

Isn't it amazing we live in the information world but the ones that should use are too lazy. Bet when the wife calls to buy TP paper on the way home they pickup... I had the same problem with Anny. Fuel pump and handlebar stereo controller. Before that none of my Victorys ever sat at a dealer without at least a phone call or fixed in 3 days. Of course those dealers are hours away but I guess I will be going back.
I went for a 100+ mile ride today. All went well till I parked in the garage and turned Anny off and the stereo just kept going. o.O I had to pull the fuse to stop it cause none of the buttons did a thing. Do I go back to no phone call dealer that did the warranty work or do I call PolarisStar and request taking to a good dealer?
Good luck on your situation.

your power plug inns to your Ing switch might not be in all the way. try pushing them all the way even spray some WD40 down in where the key goes might help.
The key shots the power off to every thing so thats the first place to look
