Today was the first day he got to ride it since he bought it late last week. This Kingpin won the 'Best of Show- non Harley division' at Sturgis last year. After owning many Jap bikes over the years, this is his first American bike. He's always wanted a hog, but I talked him into this bike. Anyway, after work, he went to go get gas in it and get the tags for it, too. Here's the text I got from him late this afternoon...

91 octane here (his home town). went in to pay came back out couple of guys looking at the bike. went to courthouse came out 3 people looking at it. this is sweet!

I told him before he bought it, that I hope he likes attention, because he's gonna get it!

I gave up my KP for my Vision. I miss it. Do you have pics?

Keep us posted on his thoughts about owning a Vic. Nice job talking him into the better bike!

Pics?

I have one pic that he took with his phone, and then he MMS me the pic. I'll get a pic with a real camera, instead. Then it'll just take me 3-4 hours to figure out how to post that picture! I'm sure songfan can post it in about 3-4 seconds, in his sleep... and come up with a motivational poster to boot!

The bike isn't anything spectacular, it's just very tastefully accesorized. And flippin' clean as can be. I'm guessing he can't wax it anymore, because the wax won't stick, anyway.

The coolest part about the whole puchase of the bike... when my co-worker went over to pay for it, the guy gave him the trophy he won from Sturgis. How cool was that?!

And he just keeps shaking his head when he talks about his new bike..." I can't believe how much torque that thing has! It WANTS to run at 80 mph!"

That's really cool and yup, Vics don't know how to go slow.

Send a Picture message to your e-mail addy and then open it and save to your 'puter then post it here.
Easy, cheesy. We like pics.

What color is it?
