My sisters, Marta and Brittney and myself and our Mom Marsha and the rest of our family would like to personally thank Tom "SongFan" Warren for attending our Dad's funeral this past Saturday. We know it was a long and cold ride on his Vision from Memphis, TN to Lacon, IL. Having him there to remember his friend and riding buddy, "Vision Tex" was very special for us. Thank you for sharing your memories of Dad with us and the rest of his family and friends. It meant the world to us. Please ride safe and always keep "Vision Tex" close to your heart on those long rides. Jeannine, Marta, Brittney and Marsha

+1 Always liked VisionTex threads about his adventures. Thanks to Tom for all the details, VisionTex rides on with the rest of our Brothers and Sisters that have gone home before us...

Ride hard, ride fast, but above all, ride safe and free.....

Ghost Rider
By William Lindstrom

"As you travel down that lonesome highway, riding high on your eighty degree aqua vee, pointing your beam at that heavenly fire, your face is parched by that fire. Your shine is touched by the night. You will feel there is more than darkness behind you. In time you will find what is coming, because he is coming, the Ghost Rider.

He will come out of that darkness, that deep darkness behind you. That small pulsating light behind you will first tell you, tell you he is coming, the Ghost Rider.

As the light comes closer, you will wonder what he is like, that Ghost rider. Up behind you he comes out of the darkness; his feet layed put front, his hands holding on tight, as he rides the rolling thunder.

His face lined and burnt with wind, his clothes soaked with sweat as he ponders behind you; and you wonder about that rolling thunder - that mysterious rider behind you. But thoughts are gone as he moves by you with such thunder they say it's rolling thunder.

And now he is only a memory as that devil's lamp fades in the distant amber, a memory you will never remember - never remember because he was never there, that Ghost Rider. He was never there because he is part of you as you run toward that heavenly fire and the night darkness touches your spine. He is part of you, that Ghost Rider."

I'll never ride again without thinking about the Ghost Rider! Thank you ladies. Prayers for continued healing in your great loss.
