Not sure how that is gonna pan out? Maybe just call it THE BANDIT or SNOWMAN.

Looks interesting.

You can see the latest bike from Victory on the Victory home page (www.victorymotorcycles.com) starting at 11:30 a.m. [Eastern time] (10:30 a.m. CST) today, Jan. 20.

Also, a new custom bike "Tattoo" created by Brian and Laura Klock and the team at Klock Werks, will be unveiled at the New York Int'l. Motorcycle Show (IMS) at 5 p.m. today (EDT).

You'll see photos of this bike on the Victory Facebook page shortly after the bike is revealed.

A Zach Ness custom version of the new Victory will be unveiled at the IMS on Saturday, Jan. 21, at noon Eastern time, and it, too, will be featured shortly thereafter on the Victory Facebook page.

Looks good and hopefully rides good. Slick trick with putting the classic car lines and rims into the promo video.

Only a 140 width rear tire, seams strange to me.

I think the thing I like the most about Victory motorcycles is how they keep the engine clean of visible clutter. This bike just took that to a new level, nothing intimidating about wanting to ride it, but I'm sure it is a menance on the highway. In keeping with the muscle car theme, it is a sleeper. I see the appeal of Victory for the coming year. Here comes the Judge....

Yea, what the freak is that oval under the seat? I'm disappointed, especially after seeing the V Sport, a naked rocket that XRSteve posted in another thread. Now THAT was a hot bike. I look at the JUDGE and just want to YAWN~ Actually, I did yawn when I saw it. I mean really, where's the creativity that brought about the Vision? Where's the "cutting edge"? Seems it's lost and instead they are now using a cookie cutter. There are so many possibilities and this is what they come up with? No balls with this one. Personally I'd rather have a Vegs, a Kingpin, A High Ball, a Hammer, or best of all, a Vision!! Wait a minute........ OMG~ I HAVE A VISION!! It's in my freaking garage! OMG~ I'm going for a ride!! Bye bye~ LOL

I don't think many of us will ever appreciate a traditionally designed bike ever again, because of the Vision.

I personally like it and it probably is Victory's answer to the Harley Dyna series. I loved my first Victory, a Sport Cruiser, and long for one today. Honestly if the Judge was available when I started looking for my vision I know I would not have VV now. I admit I love my VV but I also like a "standard" motorcycle. I am a little disappointed that the "mid" controls are more less forward than mid to me and they could have done the motorcycle equivilent of a gastric bypass and cut the weight to something under 600 lbs. I also would have prefered 17 in. to the 16 in. that way it could shod it with sport touring rubber and a second disc set up up front would have been nice but I guess that would have moved it away from its' target entry level market. Who knows maybe it is the way it is so that you could buy from Victory the things I mentioned to customize it. Just thinking out loud via cyber space.

I'm with you there, ScoreBo.  The Vision was such a nuke, I don't think Victory has really recovered from it.  The X-bikes were a nice aftershock that were a whole lot easier for the mainstream to swallow.  The tube framed bikes are all a mix and match of existing stuff.  As long as Polaris/Victory is making money and will stick around, I don't care what they build.  Playing it safe is smarter from a business sense.  The Vision got my juices flowing on so many levels but it was just a flash in the pan at this point.

On one hand, I really wish Victory would push the envelope again.  (They could have made the Judge out of a CORE frame/chassis.)  On the other hand, I'm glad they continue to play it safe because that makes my Vision all that more exotic and futuristic.

I agree with V92SC, it would have made a lot of sense to at least give it 17's. It would have kept a very similar appearance, but opened the market to better tire options for those of us who really RIDE the bike

I've been accused of being a cheerleader for the Vision, but with that in consideration, I have an appreciation for all two wheel machines. I love the Vision, the comfort and the ride, but I would love to have an Indian Chief sitting in the garage. My wife asked if I was to get one, would I ride it everyday. My answer to that was no, only because I would want to keep it pristine, but I would ride it at least 5,000 to 6,000 miles a year. The Vision would still be my "love to ride everyday" bike. The Judge is a product of a smart Victory vision for the future growth. If they had to survive on the Vision alone, I'm sorry, but they would have already shut the doors.

Victory knows you have to grow folks into motorcycle riding, and they are doing well. I like the comment someone made not long ago on another forum that most riders are hobby riders. So most would give up riding on a whim, and it takes a long time to decide to buy a bike. Who is going to buy a $24,000 bike right off the bat having never rode before or ride very little. $14,000 is a chunk but it is a start.

If I had never thought about Victory before, I wonder if I came across this forum or theVMC would I even think about buying a Victory. It just seems most of the those who ought to be champions for the brand criticize more than they praise the good they are actually doing. Sounds like those guys who ride the other bike.

Only seems strange. Larger rear tires 'slow' steering response - smaller tires will provide better handling.

Is there a full spec sheet available ?? It looks relatively small, might be fun with a Lloyds motor in it........Not a sport bike by any means though, kinda "standard" looking, that MAY not be bad.......... The 16" wheels ?? wonder why they did that ??

Thanks just found it, I was wrong with my accessment: It looks kinda small but it's not: it weighs 660 lbs dry and the wheelbase is 64.8", Hmmm a perfect competitor to a standard Harley Dyna SuperGlide, except NOW the Harley has a better choice of tires, that's kinda backwards, however the SOHC 106 will still stomp a TC pushrod 103 stock vs. stock........

Has anyone else noticed that in the video the car is a '71, '72, or a '73 Chevy Camero instead of a Pontiac GTO Judge ? Who are they trying to kid ? I like the bike though.

I agree with you, Songfan, Call it the JUDGE with the CORE concept in mind. Now that'll get you going again and might be one of those gotta have it bikes. I could see with the CORE turning it more into a sportbike on steroids. I like the bike, but as has been said, I was looking for a little more WOW factor like the Vision.

OUt of Curiousity, when was the last WOW bike prior to the Vision?
The creation of the modern Sportbike late 80's?

Correction pollolittle the sport bike that is responsible for the current sport bike look was the 1981 Suzuki GSZ 1000 Katana designed by Hans Muth of BMW fame. At that time it appeared as polorizing and controversial as the 2008 VV did to the media and the public. It had that WOW factor.

Put dual discs on the front of the Judge and a bigger rear tire.....oh, wait, that would be a Hammer.
