| My wife Holly and I met Brian and Laura Klock last weekend when they delivered our new edition to the family. That's right Laura Klock's Bonneville Salt Flats Land Speed Record Holding 2008 Victory Vision. Not only is the bike more beautiful in person, but it runs like a champ. Not to mention how down to earth Brian and Laura were, look forward to many miles and smiles on this one of a kind bike with so much rich history, look for it on the road.
The picture is of my wife Holly on Vision with Laura next to her, it is a woman thing, I respect that!

Peru, IN | Why did you choose to buy that particular bike? Buying a Vision, I understand as they're a blast to ride, but one that's apparently built just for a top speed you'll never see? I don't know what you paid (and don't care) but I would guess it was more than a "generic" Vision of the same year because of it's recent history. Just curious. Congrats on the ride, no matter why you bought that particular one. |

| The bike rides every bit as smooth as my stock 08 Vision that sits next to thyis one in my garage and my 07 Hammer. If you do any research on what was done to this bike and the histroy behind what is has done to advance the abilities of the Vision, not only in land speed records, but leading charity rides as well you would not have asked those questions Monkeyman.
This newest edition to our home came complete with a trunk painted to match the custom color and we plan to use it to travel, me on one Vision, my wife on another, one that has been owned and driven by likes of Laura Klock, you should google her sometime. This is a piece of history as wel as one bad ass bike, lots of torque, by rides smooth ataround 80 mph 3k rpms just like my other bikes sweet spot. Make no mistake this bike will be with us till I am no longer on this earth, so sorry none of you will ever get the experience of riding it.
By the way, it was not any more expensive than any other 08 Vision with 10k miles on it, and worth every penny! |

I'm sure the Klocks feel good about it going to a good home that appreciates it for what it is. Very significant Vision and lots of articles and stories to go with it I'm sure. I looked at it really hard when it was for sale. You got a great deal. Nice job. |

I know that Laura Klock set some sort of speed record on a Vision but that's it. I wasn't planning on doing any research. Not that it doesn't sound like a nice bike but I don't buy anything to impress others (which is why I would never pay a penny more for a Ness Vision). To each, their own. Not saying the bike isn't nice nor that it's not nice to have some history behind a bike, just that I wouldn't do it. As far as the pricing, I figured it would have commanded a premium since it has history. Nice to know that it didn't. I know who Brian and Laura Klock are. What "abilities" does this Vision "advance"? Does it handle better than a stock Vision? Is the stereo better? Is there more low end "grunt"? Or just a higher top speed? Not taking anything away from the bike but I don't know and like I said, I don't plan on doing a bunch of research. |

Awesome to own a Vision with history and a record holder. I would love to own that one too but sounds like the right person has it. The Klocks seem to be awesome people . they are all in the documentary "Why We Ride" (daughters too) and she has an "I am Second" video. Incredible woman, incredible family. |

| To save anyone time on doing any "research" here is language straight from Laura Klock's ad on on her "4110" Vision:
Laura got a case of "new bike" fever and just purchased a new Indian Chieftain. We are also expecting a Victory Cross Country Tour in here shortly, so something has to give. This has been Laura's personal bike that she's ridden and raced.
Laura and Chris Degen, one of Klock Werks' Dyno experts, took the bike down to have it painted in a custom mix that PPG designed to Laura's spec, named "Spiced Cider". It really pops in the sunlight.
The 4110 pinstripes are all above the surface and were done by Tex McDorman at TexEfx. 4110 is Laura's race number and stands for Isaiah 41:10 which is Laura's go to verse. This bike has been a big part of our family, has led multiple women's charity rides, set a National Land Speed record, and is tough to let go.
Includes a trunk that is custom painted to match. It will come with a stock windshield and the rapid prototype part you see on it that is painted to match. Unfortunately Victory never this version of the Flare Windshield into production, so you will have the first one created, and one that no one else has.
Victory accessories include lighted emblems, chrome chain tensioner covers, chrome floorboards, mirror trim and motor mount covers. It has both inner bag liners as well. The exhaust is Ness and it features a special ECM download that we obtained. The motor is a 116" kit that Laura personally machined at S&S before they sold it to Lloydz. The heads and cylinders are diamond cut and it features a Barnett clutch to put the power to the ground. Lloyd dynoed the bike prior to our record run and tipped his hat to the work Klock Werks had done, which was a great compliment.
