42,000 on my '08, but I'm an old man. We would probably like to ride more; seems like there's always reasons why we can't.

08 with just over 60,000 miles. This year has been a light year for miles, only 9,000 miles. New left knee in January and then the Right knee in October has kept me off the bike for 5-6 mounths. Can't wait too ride again, do miss it a bunch

I am holding off on knee and shoulder surgery for that very reason, doc. It's hard to face five or six months without daily MC therapy.

Nearly 50K on an 08 and would be more the damn radio keeps going out and the dealer is not really familiar with the warranty company and procedures. Twice the radio went out the 1st time it was in the shop for 2.5 mos. and now it's 1 mos. and counting. Go figure.

Man, I'd never let them hold my Vision hostage for 2.5 months for a stinkin' radio. Get yourself a little ipod and ride.

Sorry, it's really none of my business, I just went and figured.

Just catchin' up on reading the threads - my laptop was down for 3 wks.

My '08 Black Cherry and I have been together since 11/17/01 and she has 63,094 on her as of Wednesday's ride.

It is nice that I live in Florida and can ride year-round and also that I decided to retire and ride as much as I can.

I'd love it if our Salt Lake City, Utah riding season was longer, but I feel like I've had a good year if I go past 10K miles, which I/We usually do. My wife wouldn't do that many with me, but she sure has become quite my little "biker chick"; awesome, considering a really bad experience she had with a boyfriends(brothers) motorcycle many moons ago!

I rode my Vision over 22,000 miles last year. I totaled it on August 7th of 2011. I had to be life-lined to Indy. I broke my shoulder in 6 places and suffered a fractured skull and brain injury. I'm back riding now on a brand new Cross-Roads. Iv'e lost some of my desire to do major touring as in the past, but it will take more than my accident to get my ass off of a Victory! I do wear a helmet now.

Yesterday on my 2012 Vision I rolled over 10K, it was purchased in late Nov. 2011. On my Cross Country I rolled over 4K today and it was purchased a week before Christmas last year. I have 4 trips panned for this year so far which will add to the Vision probably around 23k or so if all goes as planned.

Not going to get to ride much this year . Had a cage pull in front of the Vision 3 weeks ago . Broke my right leg above ankle completly and fractured
up higher in 4 more places . Didn't hit the cage and beleive if had i been on any other bike my leg would've been the least of the injuries . Hopefully
i can get back on by august . The bike wasn't damaged to bad untill it stuck itself in a privacy fence and broke the headlight , bent some metal behind the plastic and one lower deflector .... fairing looks good with hardly a scratch but cracked the front fender . Will post pics when i figire put how ....

I am sorry to hear of your mishap, Prarie Dog. You know, the more I look at this thread, the more I realize that it is really not about the number of miles we log onto our odometer; it is more about the amount of joy we get out of riding. The Vision is such a comfortable and dependable bike that, given the opportunity, it is easy to stack up the miles. I've gotten into that myself; taking some kind of pride in the number of miles that I've covered. It's not me that makes all those miles possible; it's the bike! Some physical problems that probably go with 71 years of overusing my body have reduced my annual mileage to around 10k, but I thoroughly enjoy every one of them.

You will be riding again before you know it.... on a nice low-milage bike.

Thanks Blue Sky Guy . You are right it is not the number but the quality and the vision makes those miles smooth as silk .

PD, sorry to hear of your mishap also. I'm glad to hear you write about it and hope all will be well very soon. I will say that as a high miler, I agree it is the quality of the ride. I never set out just to roll any miles on, in fact, I rarely do "just a ride" and mostly commute. I'm scraping into my mid-fifties and my Army Airborne days are catching up with me, but I still see a lot of miles ahead. I don't believe I would be riding as much as I do if it weren't for the Vision.

I just turned 10,000 miles today....almost 1 year to the day. Drove her off the lot May 20, 2011. I put more miles on the bike than my car.....so, that is a success IMO!
