I am considering selling my Vision to help relieve a little financial burden as I am about to put a six-figure addition on my home and increase my mortgage accordingly. However, I have NO IDEA what a fair price is for the bike at this point. Here is a summary of what it has:

- 2011 Vision Tour ABS in Two-tone Silver and Black
- 1300 miles or less!!!
- Lloydz Performance Parts including Cams, Intake, Top Filter, Velocity Stacks, IAC Valve, Fuel Controller
- All performance upgrades installed by Matt at MOM's South and fully tuned!
- Victory Performance Stage One Level Two exhaust
- "Victory" illuminated tail light
- iPod Cable in glove box
- Lower Air control wings
- Toe Kick pads
- Chrome Clutch Cable cover
- Black plate for removing the trunk

It also has the 4 year additional warranty so it is covered for 5-years total by Polaristar, upgraded to full coverage. I am also willing to throw in a hydraulic lift for the bike that I currently store it on.

So the question becomes, what is that actually worth?? NADA and KBB are all over the place for Victories in general, but especially wacky on Visions. Any help, or offers for that matter, is appreciated!

Nothing official, but you should be able to get around $18,500 or so.....Good Luck...The real problem on Victory motorcycles is the re-sale sucks, the new 2011 leftovers are selling for $3500 less than the MSRP from last year and the economy for loans to some is still shakey....I would love to buy yours but I have the same bike and color with some add-ons and I love the thing.......Remember all the engine add-ons, chrome stuff, etc. does not really increase the re-sale value of the bike enough to recover your initial costs......

Actually, that is great news if the $18,500 is even in the ball park. I owe just shy of $18k on the loan and can pay it off and sell it outright. If I can get north of $18k for the bike then I made out very well!!

Doesn't sound far to me giving up what you love.

I used to work there so that is my thought come spring if I actually have to sell it. Joel will certainly take care of me as he always has!

Regarding giving up riding, its not quite that simple. My wife has made a clear decision that once she is knocked up she will no longer be riding with me, during pregnancy for obvious reasons and after as she does not think it is fair to risk both of us at once. I will never stop riding, but I can appreciate the thought involved in her decision. That said, I also have multiple other bikes so its not like I am going to stop riding any time soon. I just dont have the NEED for the Vision that I once thought I did and the size of the payment and garage space could be used for other things.

I dis-agree with rwilly...If your patient and wait for the right buyer you should be able to get a decent price...Low miles, lots of extras, the best color combo out there on Vision....Try the consignment thing at your local dealer who knows?? I put my 08 Kingpin Tour with a gob of chrome, pipes, etc. on the floor at the dealer and it sold in one day......

Thanks opas, the key thing about the local dealer route is the my local dealer is MOM's South....the largest Victory dealership in the world moving the highest volume of bikes by far in the country. If Joel, the owner, is willing to help me out either with a consignment deal or just buy it from me it will be a bike that will he will move pretty quickly so if I wait till spring that will likely be my best route.

Certainly not the definitive source, but KBB has it at $17,285 (no provisions for your mods). http://www.kbb.com/motorcycle/retail/2011/victory/vision-tour-abs/3...

Thanks everyone. I am going to hold on to it until the spring unless the right offer comes through now. I am waiting to see what the new bike is on the 20th too as, if I HAVE to lower my payment that may be an option worth considering.

Agree. I would keep the bike. And enjoy it. It makes for a great stress reliever. Unless your just going to walk around in your new addition on your home. That'll get old and boring quick....

Like I mentioned, I own multiple other bikes so its not quite that cut and dry.

My bad. I missed that. Well... good luck on the pending sale.

I would love to, but the Vision is the only one I have payments on and the others dont add up to enough to pay that off.
