I put new E-3's on my bike and have a possible issue.

Now when riding in a straight line, I move the handlebars real quick back and forth, the front end seems to wonder back and forth for a second or two.It is worse when riding on a grooved cement road. I had this happen when I test road a Cross Country and I thought it was a characteristic of that bike.

Tires are inflated to 38 front and 41 rear. Did not have this issue with the old worn tires. Got any ideas of what to look for? FYI, the tires have about a 1000 miles on them.

could be the tires are still new. Is it just Frot tire or did you put on or both? Are they radial tires? Look to make sure.
If you can get the wheel off the ground spin it and see if you can feel something not right push left an right and see if bearings are good.. Loosen front end bolts and re torque.
Keep in mind old tires don't have any rubber left and new ones have. Go down the road and take your hands off the bars and see if it tracks right.
I just put a new Metzler front on and its dam cold so I haven't been riding. Can you tell me if you measure across the tire from tread edge to tread edge what it is. Mine is 7 1/2 I think its a 1/8" bigger then a E3.
Sorry I can't do more for you. Take your time in checking slow is better when looking for whats wrong.
