Got new primary and cam covers today. They are very well made and look awesome in my opinion.
Hard to get a picture of the Cam cover cause the brake pedal is in the way.

I've seen those too. They make one that has a wolf howling at the moon but not the set. I asked them about making the set but never received an answer. Glad to hear they're well made though, you never know.

Compared to the covers that I took off these are very sturdy. Solid billet aluminum with the graphic on the outside. The original are just sheet aluminum.

Very cool. I paid a few hundred from Kelw Metal and the base plate is pitting around the edge.

Tazfan,

How did you install that? Just remove the two screw on the cap plate, and pop it off? I looked at my 2011 Vision, and the screws are vertical; rather than horizontal and it appears that the cap plate is mounted underneath the side cover; meaning even after you remove the two cap plate screws; the side cover has to come off; just to remove the cap plate.

Hopefully it's not an optical illusion.... I'm going back out to look again....

On edit: I just figured it out; it does simply come off just with the two cap plate screws. Those screws are soft metal; I stuck some anti-seize on them when screwing 'em back in.

Now... just to figure out which cover plate I want....

....except all of the designs I've seen so far are for horizontal screw mounts.

There are four screw holes under your cover to mount these any way you want

+1 chryle1219. She was very easy to deal with, just send her a picture of what you want and she will send the proof back for your approval.

Primary cover is a remove and bolt on new one correct? How does the cam cover come off? Forgive me if this question sounds stupid.

The cam cover is simply stuck on with double sided tape. It came off very easily with a little prying with the engine hot.

You did an amazing job on both covers. Thank you

Just got my side cover from Ebay seller chryle1219. It's very nice and I think it is a huge enhancement from the thin; featureless "Freedom" OEM cover. I almost ordered the Johnny Cash cover but like the Lone Wolf better. I may still get Johnny though at a later date... just to switch them out

Will,

Do you have the cam cover too? I sent the company a message asking if they made both sides but never received a reply.

They do both sides, you can have them the same or do different ones on either side. The quality of the product is very high and they look awesome.

Willtill your cover looks great too.

?Do you have the cam cover too? I sent the company a message asking if they made both sides but never received a reply.?

Nope, did not order a matching cam cover... I'm fine with the OEM one. Just wanted to get rid of the cheesy OEM clutch cover.

Now I'm looking to get rid of the cheesy OEM cheese wedges.

I bought the bike with Ness primary and cam covers but I like to change the look of the bike from time to time. If you find a replacement for the wedges that's reasonable post a pick.
