I'd like to put a 90 degree valve stem on the rear of my 2011 Vision 8-Ball, does anyone know the size? It will be getting a new rear tire and it would be good to have the stem already.

 Thanks,  Arr

I believe your year is a 8.3 Some earlier are 11.3. I had great luck here
http://kurveygirl.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=169_237_239_241&p...

My wheels are painted and was able to color match perfectly, good quality and a good fitment page here:

My local shop liked them so much they asked for link and now stock several popular colors.
Good luck

Don't do it !! they sucked; put one on and just hated it. Harder to put air in.

Wow, that's hard to imagine. It would seem a straight shot in would be easier than from the top, inside the brake rotors. Did you have them pointing to the uphill side?

Can't make sense of our these make it more difficult. Had the very opposite affect for me. Also needed them to hold the TPMS system. These have been nothing but good and easy for me.
Good luck

If you're also thinking about putting a TPMS on your bike at some point too, the Doran 360M system comes with a set of straight metal valve stems, and a set metal 90 degree valve stems, and gives you the option of installing the sensors internally or externally with either.

I've ordered the 90 degree 8mm stems. Thanks for all this great input. The Tire-Safeguard system looks like one I'd be very interested in. Replaceable batteries and a flow through (for the shock) are deal makers for me.
