Westchester Co., NY | I purchased the cord from Polaris that allows my I-phone to charge as well as toggle through songs. It has worked great until yesterday's ride on my 2011 VV. While the phone seemed to charge it did so very slowly. Also it would transmit the GPS directions off my phone but it would not play music like it normally does. Any ideas? Thanks. |

| Not sure if it is the phone or the bike, but I would try to reboot the phone while it is unplugged from the bike ( hold home and sleep button for 10 seconds or so until it shuts off and turns back on ). Beyond that try switching through sources on the bike, and check your connections. Don't know if that is any help, good luck. |

Fountain Inn, SC United States | I'm with Howie, check your connections both at your phone and where the cord connects to the bike harness or radio. My iphone gets tons of dust inside the phone's connector because I carry it in my pocket during the day.
