Ever since i installed my S1L2's, I have noticed over time that the left pipe is becoming much more darker with soot; compared to the right pipe. Is this normal for the Vision?

I pulled both spark plugs and looked at them; they are not rich and both almost look the same.

I believe this is normal. Both headers marry up to the same exhaust/crossover pipe. The right exhaust seems to have more pressure since its flow is a str8 shot. The left side has to run thru the crossover so it's side has more resistance and a little less flow. Specially at idle. I'd guess since the lefts side flow is a little weaker it may have a harder time expelling soot. Just a guess.

Am thinking that you're probably right Jeff. My plugs look exactly the same; so no richness going on; within each cylinder head. Have noticed that I get more condensation as well; in the left pipe; probably due to the weaker exhaust flow.

I have read where guys say there is a plate in the exhaust to divert gas's over to left side.

If you have Gatling tips of any tips you want to clean with ears go to dollar store and buy LA's Awesome De greaser for a $1.00 there is nothing better

And you probably have dirt on your tires also. Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
