I installed a wolo air horn yesterday. And after taking off and re-installing the pain in the ass various parts to get to the leg fairing area, I have a 6mm x 15mm long hex head bolt left over. I was careful and thought I had all the bolt holes covered!! LOL! Then I thought maybe it was a rogue bolt that was stuck in the guarding from the factory. You would think it would of gotten shaken loose by now!!
Anyway, does anyone know where all the HEX head bolts go? I sure hate to take all that shit off again!

oil drain pan!

just kidding. I remember off the top of my head everything is a allen head. Do a search for headlight change. I wrote up all the steps including bolts and sizes. I'll see if I can find it myself. But that one doesn't ring a bell. Maybe it come out of your horn kit.

when you remove the belly pan there is a bolt that holds the fairing trim where they split that looks like the bolt that goes there.

There is also a bolt that holds the two metal pieces from the grill, where they meet, hidden by the belly pan. Drop the pan and have a Looney loo.

Sure like to know where and how you mounted the Wolo horn. I have one in my shed. Been sitting on the bench for TWO years. Because I dread taking off all of the plastics.

Sounds like a lot of work, I installed a Wolo Badboy on my Vision as well but only removed the factory horn, difference is I removed the horn from the compressor, and mounted it on an existing bolt on the right side fairing and mounted the compressor where the factory horn was located, then routed hose from the compressor to the horn.

just had mine apart could be one of many. Looks like the same thing that's on the back of the mirror. there a real pain to put back in & if dropped they will go in the body never to be seen again.

Could be one of the ones under the headlight that hold the metal trim piece to the headlight body. Should be one on the left and right side just under the headlight. I lost one on a trip a couple of years ago and had to stop at a Napa store to find one.

Tralphaz,
Would you post a couple photos of your install?

Yeah, here are 3....... Compressor and horn were separated, compressor was mounter to original horn mount, drilled a hole in the horn and mounted on an existing bolt under the tank opposite side of the compressor, ran pneumatic tubing inside the lower front fairing.
