Hi

I have read the older posts on the passenger armrests. some like them, some say they look like something from Doctor or Dentist offices. I saw that Dain had some from way back.

Does anyone have the Victory or other armrests and are they worth the money and what do you have? i would like rests that go up down instead of swinging in and out, more secure.

Thanks

I have the Victory ones. I don't care if they're there or not but my wife LOVES them, plus they have the built in cupholder.
I also have the Utopia drivers backrest so when I close the arm rests riding solo, they stay securely closed behind the backrest, though I rarely get to ride solo!. Since they mount to the grab rails, it's pretty easy on/off.
Besides something DIY, there's no options.

I have the Vision armrests on my bike. My wife loves them not for any security issue, but it gives her a place to rest her arms. Before the arm rests she complained about no way to rest after the first few miles.

I also have the factory arm rest and my wife DIGS them. We did a 300 non stop ride and she very much appreciated the built in cup holder. I also like them because we have young kiddos (5&7) and they'll close them in around them and have a kind of grab rail to hold onto. With the backrest and the arm rest I feel secure that the kiddos won't slip or slide anywhere while riding. Well worth the money, keep an eye out on ebay and you might snag them up for a better deal. My local dealer had a victory owner appreciation night and all there in stock victory items were 50% off. I made out like a bandit that night.....

I echo what everyone else has said. Victory arm rests and with the trunk and arm rests my wife will ride as long as the wheels keep turning. Before she would always want to make stops and stretch. Now she ride as long as I do. I am not crazy about the way they look but they have been there for 4 years now. I do not even notice them to be honest but the wife won't let me remove them. I consider them a good investment.
