If anyone is on the fence about getting the touring cams do it. I had the stage one filter Ness Honkers and timing wheel already on my Bike. Before run was 95 hp 113 ft lbs. I thought that was pretty good. Then Rylan Vos at The Vic Shop installed The toruing cams and wow gained 30 HP. If you think about it from stock bike at 82 HP that is 43 hp gain insane! If someone could help me figure out how to post the dyno sheet I will. Final number are 125 HP 117 FT lbs.

Was that the drop in cams (HOH-VM1-DR) or the ones that require stuff be clearance, HOH-VM1-HPT-DR?

Thanks for the post. I have had my 08 Vision for four years. It's still stock. I've been seriously considering upgrades. I heard the Honkers this week, loved them. I'm thinking about getting HP air filters the Honkers and VFC-III (thus bypassing the factory reset). Your post has me wondering if I would be happy with this or if I should get cams and the timing wheel as well?

byufan be advised the 08 VV can only use the original HOH VM1 cam grind which is a drop in cam, ie no other mods, and is really mild. Definitly get the ATW if you're going to go with the VM1 cams. I would also consider the ATW and the 1/4 pull throttle ring combo as an alternative to instead of the cams. I say this because both can be installed by the owner with minimal mechanical savy, cost, and equal performance gains in the range most sane riders operate in, ie idle to 3k RPM. If those gains aren't enough for you then I'd look at doing cams. JMHO.

Kevin put cams, PCV V and a timing wheel on my 08 Saturday, well worth the investment. The roll on increase is where I noticed it the most and that's what I wanted.
