I'm wondering about the VICTORY VISION SEQUENTIAL
SIGNAL/STOP LIGHT MODIFICATION thing from Vision-Mod.

Is it worth the price and how difficult is it to install?

The install looks like an ordeal and it's expensive too.

Looks great in the video though.

Thoughts, anyone who had done this?

The front one is kind of a pain if you hands aren't all that small. The back one just needs you to take a few pieces off and it is easy to do. I did mine while I was installing a trailer hitch, so I had most of the back end of the bike apart already as well as having the trunk off. The hitch install was way harder than installing the lights.

Worth it? That depends on what you are looking for! I like the way all the tail lights now light up for brake and turn signals. I know that I don't have the expertise to do this kind of thing on my own, so to me it was well worth it.

I installed the sequential turn signal for the rear about two years ago. It really make the bike standout and drivers have no doubt about your turn signal. Stops are great the lights start at the bottom and roll up until all three bays of each side are light. I'd recommend the product from my experience. Install time took just over two hours because my OCD kicked in and I had to clean the rear of the bike as I took ti apart. I have photos on the VMC site of the bike as I took it apart. I used two sockets from the old harness and replaced the single wire sockets on the front turn signals. Now both lights flash on the front turn signals.

I went to junk yard and bought two turn signal sockets out of a car and wired then in the front signals. $5 bucks and they work great.

Thanks for all the great info.

I've always liked sequential turn signals. Remember the first time I followed a '67 Mercury Cougar......... :D

The Vision is dying for a set.

All the best,

JV - Are you saying the two turn signal sockets you bought made your front signals operate sequentially?

My problem was that the sequential light harnesses keep failing. I had sent back a front harness after a month then a month later the other front harness and half of the rear harness quit working.
That's a pretty bad track record for durability.

No but both lights blink now. If I could find a way to delay one I would

Just installed the mod this past weekend. The hardest part was getting the two relays out and then back in. The unit works perfectly and there are lots of pics and videos on line to help. This was the first time I worked on the bike, no problems at all and it really does look great!!

Does anyone have a link to purchase the mod, or at least view the videos?

I have the Vision-mod system. Not all that hard to install. Just takes a little patience.

I am not a fan of the MBW LED's
