My trunk power plug came out and my windhsheild stopped working. Are these two connected?

On 19.24 of the 2008 service manual it shows the are indeed on the same circuit. It's a 20A fuse. Also looks like trunk light and CD power if you had one are on there too. Right fuse box, bottom middle fuse.

I think horn and windshield are the same fuse

the fuse for the horn is the same as the power plug in the glove box
