Eagan, MN United States | Actually I think you have to buy them over the internet. I thought somebody had posted that they talked with their dealer and the dealer couldn't sell it at that price. I bought the filler panel and passenger backrest online without issue. But the "Spring Sales Event" is now over. However Victory is still selling most of the same things as "Clearance" items now instead. The trunk filler panel is not one of them though. |

West Salem, WI United States | I got my filler panel yesterday, unfortunately they sent me a metallic blue panel instead of the black one that I ordered... Customer service was fine and they said they would ship one out right away but she couldn't tell me if she actually had it in stock. I hope they've got one. |

Eagan, MN United States | yeah that happened to me as well. I think it happened to anyone that ordered one. the -576 part number that was listed is for Ocean Blue color. so either they had the description or the part number wrong. I had to explain the situation to them and they almost sent me the wrong part twice. But they were very friendly and helpful and got me the right part (-266). I installed it the other night and it looks great. Used Spunkler's wall mount which is simple and works great. now I just need to put some miles on it to do a comparison. |

Tavares, Fl | I ordered the shift lever for my 12 Vision. The website says it fits but when I received it it fits am 08 not a 12. They want me to pay shipping both ways to return it.....Last time I order from their website... |
