Subject: Does Radio supply power to Victory GPS, CD player, or other comms?

Fountain Inn, SC United States
I'm trying to find a way to have the radio send 12v to a downstream EQ and amplifier. Rather than have the EQ & Amp get their power from a circuit that is switched by the bike ignition, I'm hoping that there's some way to trigger them when the radio is turned on.

So, I'm asking if the radio sends 12v to the Victory GPS, intercom or CD player, and if so what lead does the job? Or are they always on when the bike is on (which seems inefficient)?

Thanks!

The aux connector has two sets of power pins, but both are switched with the ignition, not the radio. I searched, but did not find any Vcc switched with the radio.
The 2008 Vision service manual ( you can find a pdf copy for free if you look ) has the full wiring/pinouts for the radio/cd/aux stuff. The diagrams were still correct for my 2013.
