Subject: Handle Bar paint cracking

Started getting spider web cracking all up and down my handlebars, dealer said it was due to stress on the bars but then the manager came out and said no its bad clearcoat on the bars. Either way they are going to replace them, would go for the chrom bars but $500 is off the hook for a set of bars that you can have chromed for $125.

I noticed a couple of cracks/scratches on mine on the left side at the first bend near the triple. It almost looks like it's been hitting something with the bars turned fully left...

Maybe you can have them chromed before they put the new ones on!
