Dealer says MCPT Vision should arrive tomorrow! Cool. Have to wait 'till Friday a.m. to pick it up, though, due to work.

Congrats Jim. My Vision should be in before the end of this month. I see you live in one of my favorite states to ride some great roads. If the weather is somewhat ok when I get my Vision I will be heading to Arkansas for a long weekend to ride. I live in the Dallas metro area. I will drop you an email before heading up to see if we can meet.

I got my Vision yesterday. I was waiting for a Cherry Premium Tour, but got tired of getting jacked around on the delivery, so I moved on to another dealer, got a Steel Grey Premium Tour. Actually I like it just as much as the Cherry. Anyway at the dealer I found out that mine was made on 11/19 and the dealer received the bike on 11/23, fast. While I was waiting, the truck delivered a Cherry Premium that was being held for another person. I noticed it was built on 11/27, it arrived at the dealer, 12/5, even had snow on the crate. I asked the (owner) dealer if they really know when these bikes are going to show up and he said no. So with getting a bike behind me, I can now enjoy the ride.

YEAH! GET SOME! CONGRATS BROTHER! Moving to another dealer or threatening to may become the standard. I'm glad I don't have to wait on Pollolittle to open his shop. He would be a good one...for vespa / victory sales.

C'mon Loweye, surely you can man up about your undying devotion and presidential candidacy for the VESPA Club Owners Group. It's all right. When you get your Vision maybe we let you into the Real Men Club, may have to have a vote just for democracy's sake. When you get it, I'll be the first to nominate you. I got your back, oh sorry, that was your line.

Well, jama, are you in the saddle yet? Today is the day, I know you have also been waiting a while, Maybe we have to break out the Cigars here too. Did you figure out how your CB will fit in? Congrats!

Bike is waiting at dealer! Getting ready to go now.
Polo, I'll have the. CB installed at the 500 mi service.
S1L1 is here. GPS mount is here and includes all
needed items: PWR cord, cradle, & mount. Looks like a
30min install, but I will just ride it like it is for awhile
First project will be to get heat controller for jacket liner
installled. A challenge with battery so far up front, will have to
research other PWR points on bike. Oh well, my Ride awaits!
I'm on the road again!!

as much as i "scoffed" the GPS, I sure could have used one to get to the coast. had to stop more than once to pull out the directions. i will have to wait until the wife (pants wearer) gets over the initial shock of buying a tour premium, vice the tour before looking at getting gps.
