ED don't do it, stop now and reconsider. The Vision is maintenance intensive. I've got 35K on mine and I've changed the oil numerous times, the air filter at least 3 times, the rear tire twice, the front tire once, spark plugs once and even had the fork oil changed. Oh, wait, sorry, you asked about the 500 mile deal, I think it is just change the oil and filter and do some inspecting.
