So I purchased a Garmin 2720 and bought the Victory mount kit. The Garmin sort of snaps into place, and there is an anti-tamper screw on the mount. Unfortunately, this anti-tamper screw does nothing. Furthermore, the anti-screw driving tool supplied with the mount is nothing more than a short metal rod. I am not the most mechanically inclined guy in the world, but I have adjusted screws before. There is no way this little metal stick serves any purpose. I am able to manually turn the security screw with a very small screwdriver, but it doesn't do a damn thing. I see two scenarios here.

1) Someone walks off with my GPS
2) The unit comes loose and goes bouncing down the pavement.

WTF?????

Turns out the little metal rod unscrews to reveal the security screw driver.

If you go to the ZUMO forums website you can find a fellow in Holland who sells replacement screws with a knurled knob instead of the recessed center pin security screw. It's a couple of seconds to screw in or unscrew instead of fumbling with the stock screw. He is reliable and takes paypal. They're a bit pricey, but well worth it. Don't leave your GPS on the bike, even if you're just going in the use the bathroom at a gas stop. The type of idiot who would steal it in the first place will just rip the mount apart and will not be bright enough to know he needs the digital security code to use, and will just toss it away when he finds out is of no use to him.
