I have a 2008 Vision that I love. But when I put it on the side stand it seems like it is getting lower and lower, to the point that I put a 2x4 under it so it looks normal. It also seems noisy when you start it with out the 2x4 in place. Anyone else have this type of thing going on?

Everything is tight and looks normal.

I can't say mine is getting lower, but take a look at it jim to make sure the pivot bolt, pin, stud, whatever it is, is not working loose. You could find it laying on its side one these days. Also, it is best to start it while astride the bike, at least I do, that way the pick-up grabs the oil right away. Some folks say it don't make no different, but I'd invite them to my house in the mornings and I'll show them exactly what I'm talking about.

How much air is in the rear shock? The bike sits higher with more air in it.

I took a look at mine tonight and I notice it would slide a bit before catching. It is tight because of the spring, but my guess is the hole is getting wallowed out. I'm going to pull mine maybe the week end and see what is going on. It doesn't have a lot of lean, but it does seem somewhat lower than it used be now that you mention it.
