After having my bike totaled, I have replaced it. I happened across an ad on this site for a 2008 Tour Premium. I was expecting it to be in Alaska. Much to my surprise it was about 40 miles from my house. Turns out I had met the seller at the dealership when I bought my first Vision. He was there having the Ness wheels installed. I was only without a bike for a month. And for no real money out of pocket I have a bike with half the miles and very nice wheels. I still want to black out the grey, but other than that the bike is perfect. Thanks Codfather.

Very nice! Dang, dude - I don't see any snow outside your place - what's up with that?!

Florida was the only state in the union not to get snow this winter. It was sure cold enough a few times though.

Looks great! I definately like mine better with all the pewter painted out, your's will look killer with everything up high in shiny black and everything down low bright chrome, nice balance plus toning down the engine scallops makes that big double lung look really great-

great going for you CW, glad to hear you're on the road again. Codfather was one of the original Vision owners, do you know what he's riding now? Just curious.

I think he got his in Feb of 08. The last four of the VIN is 4750. I got mine (orig) in the end of May from the same dealer. My VIN ended in 8400. Codfather only has a cage right now, a Porsche convertible. He said he felt it was time to retire from riding. He did mention that he might get the urge to ride again and go get another motorcycle. He told me a year ago he had a Wing, a HD, and the Vision lined up in the garage. Kept the Victory cause it was the best of them.

If your looking to darken down the grey accents on your vision, try 3m carbon fiber. I am in the process of making my 2009 Tour Premium into a carbon fiber space ship. So far I have done the front valance under the windshield, the center console, the trany cover and I am waiting for more carbon fiber to finish the side skirts on the fairing and the other pieces under te seat on both sides. I love the look and it is quite econmical.

That sounds cool. How much does that stuff cost and is it like a film?
