The VMC for me is a great resource for bike advice on mods & repair. I enjoy the victory tales as it is entertaining to hear about other's rides and connect with other riders in the area. my local chapter (47) MBVR is real active in the Homes for the Troops--finacing & building homes for serverly wounded troops.
I hav e found there is whing in every forum. maybe this year will be my year for the V2V (first leg). Hey--the interest comes & goes as the other parts of our life turn on. One thing though,,update the VMC home page, I think it has not changed in a year.

I'm a card carrying, dues paying member of the VMC. Send me a PM on the VMC and it will probably take me two days to respond. If you send me a PM on VR, I'll answer the same day. Does that tell you anything?

I think someone was smoking left handed cigarettes when they assigned Kentucky to the same region as Maryland. You gotta be kidding me. Kentucky needs to assigned to the Tenn region. I'm not riding to 8 hours to Maryland for a 1 day ride.

And the VMC will NEVER go anywhere other than where it is, until the troublemakers (keyboard commandos) that give the VMC the bad rap, get put in time out. You have about 10-15 people who ruin it for the other 4000 members. Hopefully, Jeff will never let that crap start here. The VMC has a long way to go to get straightened out. Don't take me wrong, I like the VMC, but I could like it a lot better. Kevin has his hands full and I give him my full support to improve things!

And as far as the VRA is concerned, they couldn't even get my name correct. My name is Danny, not MARC!!!!!!

Hey Jeff, how about some white long sleeve Vision Riders T-shirts??

We are a unique group of riders, who own a unique motorcycle, who hang out on a website dedicated to our unique scooters. By default, you could say we ARE a club !The "Vision Pilots" of Vision-Riders.com!

I'm a paid member for two years now & enjoy the info....far too many "big feelers" IMHO, starting with the current president. People need to relax & not worry about how many panels are used for a local club's patch, or whatever trivial BS they can make a mountain out of a mole-hill. I ride, I like my Vision, I read VMC.com & I'm happy.

Since the above post, the VRA member package arrived with my correct name.

Just correcting the record!

Not sure the guys around here want to go for a ride and its maybe 20 miles, if thats a ride what do the call lunch in Fayetteville, AR rode over from Okla. City, that a ride.

This is a awesome site the VMC is questionable if there is nothing to do. i also belong to another riding assocition and we ride, weekend trips, dinner rides every month and group rides twice a month.

Not just a sit around and drink coffee group. My opinion go guys but hey lets ride talk elsewhere.

I forgot all about the VRA... I check out the VOG, VMC, and Vision Riders regularly and almost always end up here more than anywhere... I like the format on Victory Riders Network but just use it to get to Vision Riders.

I think a thread should be started on theVMC forum debating the merits of this forum. Then another start on the VOG, the VRA and every other motorcycle forum out there. Point is - what's the real point of this tread?

The merits of each site does come up in subtle ways This site has been mentioned time and again on The VOG in links in tech threads I personally know of no bad posts about VR anywhere.

It can be agreed the forums have merit, especially this one, but that is not what the thread is about.
