I have only had pictures from the net to go from, so forgive my ignorance.

I have asked the men at Victory (via internet) to send me the free video, but like my order for the bike, it hasn't made it to my house.

I noticed the gas cap under the right "panel" near the electronic display. Does that fill both tanks?
Does this "panel" swing out/up or snap off?

The dealer tells me the pipes are Vans and Hines. I noticed a picture of the end of a pipe that has
holes in it. Is that an end cap?

I've been absorbing everything I can about the Vision. Anything about the Freedom V-Twin would be great reading since only God knows when I will get to see the bike I ordered.

Thanks to any reply's....oh, what's this BarHopper thing about?

BUCKEYE - 2007-09-25 3:20 PM I noticed the gas cap under the right "panel" near the electronic display. Does that fill both tanks? Does this "panel" swing out/up or snap off? The panel pivots open to the left like a book. It fills both tanks from this one point. There's a connector between the 2 tanks.

The dealer tells me the pipes are Vans and Hines. I noticed a picture of the end of a pipe that has holes in it. Is that an end cap? The "gatling gun" look is just an optional insert for the end of the tailpipe. Do not know if the exhause is made by V&H.

The Barhopper is just a ranking for how many posts you've made in our forums. It's not a social commentary

Hope that helps! Jeff

It helps and raises another question...do both sides "flip" like a book? Could be good for maps.

The Gatling Gun look is sharp. Does it do anything for performance?

Also, the stereo...I ordered the Cherry Vision Tour, does it have a CD player?

The other side flips open with just a press to the inside of the cover. It holds accessories like the ipod connector, cell phone charger and whatever. I suppose you could put maps there, but really, get the GPS

I think the cd player is a separate option. Unless you specifically asked for it, it might not be there. We did the test ride last weekend and got a good lok at the add ons. All I can say is, there really isn't much they left out.

I understand that the basic "radio" is just that. AM/FM. My area has one classic rock channel and it rarely comes in good. However, my MP3 player will hook up.

I really don't care if I get lost. I have 300 miles of fuel to find my way.LOL

I envy you, I haven't seen the REAL DEAL yet. Although I did order "in the blind"

Remember that there's also the xm radio available. This thing really does have it all. Although I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get am radio at the parking lot where the demo was. I really HAVE to have my sports radio

Oh and the gattling gun exhaust tip is just that, a tip. It's purely show and adds no function.

Great ideas! Since I already have the MP3 player, I'll run with that. I've been riding H-D's for 10 yrs, and the only sound I have is the wind and my pipes. Answering the voices in my head during the cross country trips got old quick.
